The inviting features continue outside, where you’ll find an expansive front deck and screened back porch with plenty of room and a view that includes glimpses of the water and canal.

🍽️ Dine al Fresco with a drink in-hand on the screened porch or in the large backyard while lazily lounging in the hammock.

🚶‍♀️A short 3 minute walk takes you from the driveway to the sand where you’ll lay your blanket.

🦆As an added bonus, the scenic walkway over the Davis Canal at 29th St is even closer than the beach and provides a wonderful opportunity to view the island’s wildlife, including foxes, herons, and other shorebirds, deer, and more.

🎣 Fishing is available from one of two fishing piers on the island as well as from the Davis Canal, 40th Street inlet.

⚓️ Love being out on the water? With over 100 ft of driveway to park your boat trailer and drive to one of the many boat launches all over the island, you can quickly be out on the ICW (inter coastal waterway) which gives you water access to the Atlantic Ocean, Lockwood Folly River, Southport or Baldhead Island.

⛳️ Need more? There are two public golf courses on Oak Island and well over 15 golf courses with scenic views and natural settings within a 20 minute to 1-hour drive.
